- The program provides a playground as well as an opportunity to learn and a way to connect with each individual in the company.

- "One tree make nothing. Three trees together make a high mountain". The old saying of his father is absolutely true in all times and places. How to mentally wind up, connect each individual personality in a working environment to achieve the best efficiency and productivity? All are wrapped up in the training program " Building Team Spirit " .



After the Program attendees can:

Understand yourself better and confidently show the strength of a youth union member in the Company
Know how to dedicate your own strengths to participating in the organization and leading of the Company's events
Understanding teamwork – creating dynamic connections
Know how to exploit the strength of teammates at work and cooperate effectively
Know how to coordinate and organize events methodically and scientifically
